Player One Filter Drawer MINI

Designed to make filter changes easier in compact imaging trains, the Player One Filter Drawer MINI supports both 1.25-inch and 2-inch filters.

It is designed for Player One Ares series cameras as well as Uranus PRO and Apollo PRO models.

Manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminium, the Filter Drawer MINI has an extension length of 21 mm and can be integrated directly with compatible Player One imaging components.

Two Filter Sizes

The Filter Drawer MINI is supplied with two separate drawers for two different filter formats.

The 2-inch drawer features an M48 × 0.75 female thread for installing a 2-inch filter.

The 1.25-inch drawer features an M28.5 × 0.6 female thread for installing a 1.25-inch filter.

This provides the option of using smaller filters when the camera sensor format does not require a 2-inch filter.

Stable Three-Point Locking

The drawer uses a metal ball locking system distributed over three points.

This design keeps the drawer securely in position during imaging and provides stable mechanical support for the installed filter.

M2.5 Screw Mounting

Both sides of the Filter Drawer MINI feature six M2.5 screw holes.

On the telescope side, these mounting points allow direct connection to the Player One FHD-OAG MINI.

On the camera side, the screw holes are designed for connection to compatible Player One cooled cameras.

Threaded Connection

In addition to screw mounting, the Filter Drawer MINI also supports threaded connections.

This extends the range of possible configurations and makes the drawer easier to integrate into different imaging trains.

Stable Lock

Filter Drawer MINI using metal bead screw to lock the drawer, 3 point lock can make sure the drawer is very stable in imaging.

Support filters

We know most users choose 2″ filter for drawers, even the camera only has 1″ format. But 2″ filters usually more expensive. So we provide 2 different drawer, 2″ and 1.25″.

2″ drawer has M48*0.75 female thread, can hold a 2″ filter in it.

1.25″ drawer has M28.5*0.6 female thread, can hold a 1.25″ filter in it.

Setup with M2.5 screws

On both side of the Filter Drawer MINI, has 6 M2.5 screws holes. Screw holes on telescope side used to connect the FHD-OAG MINI, Screw holes on camera side used to connect cooled cameras.

Setup with threads

Filter Drawer MINI also support threads connection, this will extend the using range of it.
