Description

The Askar FMA180 PRO autofocus kit is specifically developed for use with the Askar FMA180 PRO astrograph and the ZWO EAF electronic focuser. It enables the transmission of the motor movement to the internal focusing system of the instrument, allowing stable and consistent motorized focusing.

This kit simplifies focus adjustments during astrophotography sessions by providing a dedicated solution for focus automation. It improves focusing precision and repeatability, which are essential parameters when performing astronomical imaging sequences.

The kit includes all mechanical components required to mount the ZWO EAF onto the FMA180 PRO, including the mounting bracket, synchronous belt transmission, pulley and associated hardware. Installation is carried out directly on the astrograph after removing the original mounting components, without any permanent modification to the instrument.

The FMA180 PRO astrograph and the ZWO EAF electronic focuser are not included and are shown for demonstration purposes only.
