Description

The Askar 0.8x reducer for the 185APO is a premium optical accessory specifically optimized for this refractor. It reduces the focal length to 1036 mm and the focal ratio to f/5.6 while maintaining integrated field flattening. Its quadruplet optical design ensures excellent aberration control across a full frame 44 mm image circle. The standard 55 mm back focus from the M48 thread allows easy camera integration. It features an M92x1 front thread, M68, M54 and M48 adapters, and a built-in M48x0.75 filter thread for direct 2 inch filter installation. The reducer is fully CNC machined and supplied with threaded metal caps for protection.
