The SVBONY UV-IR CUT 1.25" filter is designed to eliminate unwanted ultraviolet and infrared light in astronomical imaging. By blocking these non-visible wavelengths, the filter significantly enhances image clarity and contrast when used with CCD cameras or webcams.
With 98% transmission in the visible spectrum, this filter maintains brightness while eliminating chromatic distortions and optical errors caused by out-of-band wavelengths. Its threaded metal housing fits all standard 1.25" filter threads. The optical glass is precisely parallel and coated with a multi-layer dielectric coating for optimal light transmission and durability.
