The Baader M68-Tilter is a precision image correction accessory for astrophotography setups using the Baader M68 system. It enables fine adjustment of the camera’s angle to compensate for image plane tilt, a common issue when using large sensors or fast optics.
With an adjustment range from 0 to 1 degree, this tilter helps eliminate edge distortions caused by misalignments in the optical path. Ideal for achieving perfect star shapes across the field.
It features a female M68 x 1 thread on the telescope side and a male M68 x 1 thread on the camera side, ensuring seamless integration into any M68 imaging train.
The optical path length varies from 9.50 mm to 10.25 mm depending on the degree of tilt applied.
