    Description:
    The Celestron Rowe-Ackermann 14" (RASA) telescope is a breakthrough instrument designed for wide-field astrophotography and scientific imaging. With a 355 mm aperture and fast f/2.2 focal ratio, it delivers stunning sharpness and minimal exposure times. Covering a broad spectral range from 400 to 900 nm, the RASA 14 enables modern sensors to capture more photons with exceptional precision.

    Its optical design features a 4-element ED lens group, eliminating coma, chromatic aberration, and field curvature across the corrected field. A wide usable image circle of 70 mm and excellent off-axis illumination ensure pinpoint stars even at the edges. The back focus of 77.5 mm (or 55 mm with the included adapter) supports a broad range of sensors and camera configurations.

    The mechanical structure includes dual Losmandy-style dovetails, ergonomic rear handles, and auxiliary mounting threads. A refined focuser and filtered cooling fan ensure thermal stability and precision focus. The RASA 14 is tailored for professional observatories, SSA projects, and demanding wide-field astrophotography.
