Description

The Baader Wide-T-Ring enables secure connection of Sony Alpha or Minolta Maxxum DSLR cameras to a T-2 optical system. Thanks to its wider clear aperture (44.7 mm), it avoids vignetting and significantly improves illumination across full-frame sensors.

This model includes an internal T-2 thread (M42 x 0.75 mm) built into a mechanical S52 interface. This allows direct adaptation to:

  • S52 barrels,

  • adapters to M48 or M68 threads,

  • and UFC filter changers using the UFC-S52 adapter.

Camera-side attachment is via Minolta AF/Sony Alpha bayonet. The overall assembly is rigid and optically well-centered.
