Description
The ADPS VI (Afocal Digital Projection System) by Baader is a complete afocal projection setup for digital imaging with fixed-lens cameras. This version includes an M43x1a to T-2a adapter, designed for focusers with the Vixen-standard M43 thread.
Based on the core ADPS IV model, this system allows the precise placement of a 31.75 mm projection eyepiece extremely close to the front lens element of a digital camera. The sliding T-2 focuser ensures exact control over the projection distance, while the integrated locking ring allows continuous rotation of the camera for ideal framing.
Three T-2 extension rings (2x15 mm and 1x7.5 mm) are included, enabling fine adjustment of the projection scale. The system is compatible with DT adapters (not included) that connect the camera’s front thread to the ADPS system, allowing a wide range of digital cameras and compact models to be used.
Engineered for mechanical stability, this system offers reliable, vibration-free performance during long astrophotography sessions. Its modular T-2 design supports future expansion with other accessories and configurations.
