Description
The Baader UFC S70a to M54i adapter provides a compact and precise mechanical interface for connecting the UFC system to a telescope or camera with an M54 x 0.75 female thread.
On the telescope side, it offers an internal M54 x 0.75 thread. On the UFC side, it uses the standard S70 dovetail connection, enabling attachment to the UFC Base (filter chamber, #2459110, optical height 13 mm) or any other S70 UFC extensions.
Its very short optical length of 1.5 mm makes it ideal for setups where backfocus is limited.
To replace an M54 filter wheel with the UFC system on a camera with an M54 thread, the following accessories are also required:
