Celestron StarSense Autoguider Version II

Description

The Celestron StarSense Autoguider Version II is an all-in-one alignment and guiding solution for compatible Celestron mounts. Powered by Celestron’s patented StarSense technology, it automatically aligns the telescope to the night sky in about three minutes with no user input.
It significantly enhances GoTo pointing accuracy, placing celestial targets in the center of the field of view even with high-power eyepieces or small imaging sensors. The integrated autoguiding function delivers pinpoint tracking for long exposures, eliminating the need for an external guide camera, guide scope, or laptop.
The assisted polar alignment mode provides an easy, automated routine to achieve optimal polar alignment. Designed by optical engineer Mark Ackermann, its four-element optical system delivers superior sharpness compared to standard mini-guidescopes.
The included dew shield prevents moisture buildup and blocks stray light. The StarSense Autoguider Version II is compatible with NexStar+ hand control, CPWI PC software, and the SkyPortal app powered by SkySafari (for Wi-Fi enabled mounts).
Compact, precise, and powerful, this device simplifies the entire alignment and tracking process for Celestron users seeking automation and accuracy.
