Description

The Askar 65PHQ 0.75x reducer is specifically developed for the Askar 65PHQ astrograph. Its optical design is based on a quadruplet structure optimized for astronomical imaging. When installed, it reduces the effective focal length to 312 mm and the focal ratio to f4.8. This reduction allows significantly shorter exposure times while increasing the imaging field, providing greater flexibility for deep-sky astrophotography.
The mechanical back focus is standardized at 55 mm, ensuring compatibility with common imaging setups. The reducer is supplied with M54 and M48 threaded adapters, including an integrated M48x0.75 filter thread for direct use of 2 inch filters. This configuration simplifies accessory integration and enhances system compatibility.
The entire reducer is CNC machined to ensure precise mechanics and a refined finish suitable for demanding astrophotography applications.
