The Celestron Focus Motor V2 provides precise and repeatable electronic focusing for Schmidt Cassegrain, EdgeHD, RASA and compatible Maksutov Cassegrain telescopes. It connects directly to a Celestron mount via the AUX port or to a computer via USB, without requiring an external power supply in most configurations.

This system is particularly suited for astrophotography and setups requiring fine and stable focusing, especially for remote operation. It features backlash compensation, indexed positioning to return to a previous focus point, and multiple speed settings for accurate adjustment.

The motor is compatible with Celestron Focuser Utility, Celestron PWI and third party software via ASCOM driver. An integrated port cover prevents loss. It is compatible with EdgeHD 9.25 and supports a wide range of instruments.
