Description

The Astro-Physics GTO-CP4 Control Box is fully compatible with all GTO mounts produced since 1998. Completely redesigned with modern chip technology, it provides faster processing speeds and increased memory capacity to accommodate future enhancements.

It retains all features from the latest GTOCP3 version and adds advanced networking capabilities, including firmware updates via Ethernet or Wi-Fi and a built-in web interface accessible from any modern browser. No additional software installation is required.

The GTO-CP4 supports floating point operations to improve coordinate calculations and integrates all functions of absolute and precision encoders, as well as mechanical limit switches. Safety Slew logic is enforced for all motion commands, whether initiated from the Keypad or external software.

The unit operates on 12V to 24V DC, ideal for field use with automotive or marine batteries.
