WandererAstro Motorized Tilt Corrector ETA M54

Description

WandererAstro ETA M54 removes the difficulty of manual tilt and backfocus tuning. Its dual nested structure blocks stray light while maintaining high rigidity. When directly screwed to camera-side devices such as an OAG, it consumes only 5 mm of back focus. Three independent motors with three high-precision encoders deliver 1.2 mm travel, 0.3 micron per step resolution and 2 micron positioning accuracy, meeting the needs of fast optical systems and large sensors. The unit operates from -25C to 50C. The front silver ring can be removed if the attached adapter diameter exceeds 76 mm. Control is provided by the WandererEmpire software with seamless NINA integration. Devices shown in illustrations are not included.

Still struggling to manually adjust the tilter in the darkness?
Frustrated with the difficulty and imprecision of the tilter?
Tired of not being able to remotely adjust the tilter?
The Wanderer ETA completely frees astrophotographers from the challenges of adjusting the tilt and back focus!

Unique Patented Structural Design

With an ultra-thin thickness, the Wanderer ETA occupies only 5mm of back focus or focuser travel when directly connected to camera-side devices(an OAG for example) with screws. It weighs just 470g. Additionally, it features a dual-layer nested structure that eliminates any light leakage.

55mm Back Focus Possible!

The Wanderer ETA can be directly mounted in front of an OAG or camera using screws and, in most cases, still maintain a 55mm back focus. For detailed installation instructions and device compatibility, please refer to the user manual. Of course, you can also connect ETA to your devices via threading with the adapter we provided (optional).

Three-Point Electronic Tilt Adjustment

The Wanderer ETA features three independent adjustment motors and three high-precision encoders, offering an adjustment range of 1.2mm with a motor resolution of 0.3 micron per step and a positioning accuracy of up to 2 microns. Compared to traditional manual tilters, this achieves a precision several orders of magnitude higher, fully meeting the demanding tilt and back focus adjustment requirements of fast focal ratio systems and large-format cameras.

Low Temperature Resistant Design

Tested under extreme conditions, the Wanderer ETA remains fully operational even at -20°C (-4℉), making it resilient against harsh winter environments.

Professional Design

The Wanderer ETA is composed of nearly 1,000 curved surfaces and over 50 components. Every detail has undergone professional analysis, precise calculations, and countless optimizations to ensure the highest level of rigidity.

Unparalleled Aesthetic Design

WandererAstro's aesthetic design never disappoints. Every rounded corner and every carefully sculpted curve make the Wanderer ETA not just a precision instrument but also a beautifully crafted piece of art.

Software Support
The WandererEmpire software provides an excellent control and visualization interface for the Wanderer ETA.
Automatic tilt adjustment is no longer just a dream—thanks to our seamless integration with NINA.
