The ASIAIR Plus 256GB is an enhanced edition of ZWO’s all-in-one astrophotography controller. Designed for convenience and portability, it features a robust red anodized aluminum body that integrates camera control, mount synchronization, filter wheel, focuser, power distribution, and wireless connection in one compact device.

Its 256 GB eMMC internal memory (244 GB usable) enables seamless session recording without needing an external drive. With read speeds over 120 MB/s and write speeds over 95 MB/s, it ensures fluid operation even during long imaging runs. The unit includes dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4G/5G) with an external antenna, a Gigabit Ethernet port, two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, and a USB-C connection.

Via the ASIAIR mobile app (iOS/Android), users can access advanced features such as assisted polar alignment, autofocus, guiding, plate solving, live stacking, automated sequences, video capture, and more. Four individually controllable 12 V DC power outputs manage your connected gear with precision.

Power supply is not included but necessary cables are provided in the kit.

Extended internal storage

Equipped with 256 GB of eMMC memory (244 GB usable), the ASIAIR Plus allows you to save entire sessions without the need for an external drive. Read and write speeds exceed 120 MB/s and 95 MB/s respectively, ensuring smooth capture performance.

Complete connectivity

The device features an external dual-band Wi-Fi antenna (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) offering a range of up to 20 meters, as well as a Gigabit Ethernet port. It also includes 2 USB 3.0 ports, 2 USB 2.0 ports, and a USB-C port for fast data transfer.

Power management

The ASIAIR Plus has 4 individually controllable 12 V DC outputs via the mobile app. Each channel allows power monitoring and precise distribution to camera, mount, or filter wheel.

Extended compatibility

Compatible with ZWO ASI USB 3.0 and Mini cameras, ZWO EAF focusers, ZWO EFW filter wheels, many equatorial mounts, and certain DSLR/mirrorless cameras. It integrates perfectly into most current optical setups.

Required power supply

The 12 V power supply is not included. A power source between 12 V and 14 V is recommended, with a minimum current of 5A.
