Description:
The iOptron HAE29C-EC is a compact AZ/EQ mount featuring strain wave gear technology on both RA and DEC axes. Designed for performance and portability, it supports up to 13.5 kg without counterweight and up to 18 kg with optional counterweights.

This EC version includes a high-precision encoder on the RA axis, enabling real-time PEC correction for superior tracking accuracy—perfect for unguided imaging at short to mid focal lengths. It also features an electronic friction brake and onboard cable ports (USB + 12V) for clean cable management.

CNC-machined from black anodized metal, the mount weighs just 3.7 kg including its dual Vixen/Losmandy saddle. Built-in Wi-Fi enables PC or mobile control via ASCOM, INDI, SkySafari, or Commander Lite. This version includes both the iPolar electronic polar scope and the Go2Nova 8411 hand controller.

Delivered in a custom case. MiniPier and tripod sold separately.
