Description

The WandererCover V4 Pro-EC 280 mm is a motorized flat panel designed for large telescopes. Its built-in encoder provides real-time position feedback with ±0.25° repeatability. The new high-torque motor is quieter, more durable, and self-locking, guaranteeing reliable operation even in winter down to -25 °C.

With customizable opening angles up to 270°, it includes advanced cable management to protect power lines. M3 and M4 threaded holes allow easy installation on truss telescopes, with custom brackets available.

The dimming system offers 255 levels with doubled frequency, eliminating banding for both broadband and narrowband flats. The new ASCOM driver auto-detects the device model and allows up to six simultaneous connections with an optimized control interface.

It comes with USB 2.0 cable, DC5521 power cable, and nylon ties. Available in luminous diameters of 280, 320, and 380 mm, this 280 mm model delivers precise, robust, and convenient operation for demanding astrophotographers.

The built-in encoder provides real-time and accurate feedback on the position of the cover. Repeatable positioning accuracy is higher than ±0.25 degrees.

The new wire harnessing scheme prevents damage to power supply lines during repeated opening and closing, and is not afraid of the cold winter.

Customizable opening and closing angle

There are M3 and M4 threaded holes on the bottom of the motor box so that it is convenient for truss telescope users to install. You can contact us to customize the bracket.

Luminous diameter available in 280mm, 320mm and 380mm. The dimming frequency is increased by 100% to get rid of bandings. 255-level dimming allows both broadband and narrowband flats shooting.

The new ASCOM driver makes use easier. The All-in-one driver will automatically identify the device model and connect. It also supports automatic or manual port selection and connection of up to 6 devices simultaneously. The control interface has also been optimized and is now more beautiful.

Low temperature resistant design, able to work normally in environment as low as -25℃ (-13℉).

With the latest firmware, it supports control via ZWO ASIAIR Plus, ToupTek StellaVita, and any device capable of controlling the DC switch. Please refer to user manual to check it out!
