DESCRIPTION
The Avalon T-POD 90 Red is a high-end, foldable tripod built for mobile astronomers and astrophotographers. Made entirely of anodized aluminum with stainless steel fittings, it offers excellent rigidity while weighing only 4.5 kg.
It folds down to 55 cm and extends to 90 cm high. With a load capacity of 60 kg, it supports heavy mounts and instruments.
The built-in quick spreader system allows for fast setup without loose parts. A built-in bubble level, double leg locks, and interchangeable feet (rubber or spikes) ensure secure and adaptable use.
It is natively compatible with the Avalon M-Zero mount and can also fit SkyWatcher EQ5/HEQ5, Orion Sirius, Celestron CG-5/AVX, and Vixen GP/GPD2 mounts using appropriate adapters.
Transport is easy with the integrated handle, and dedicated padded bags are available separately.
