DESCRIPTION
The ZWO T2 Tilt Adapter V2 is designed to precisely align the camera sensor plane with the optical axis to correct tilt—an issue that can reduce image sharpness across the field, especially at the edges. The main ring has a 78 mm diameter and is 11 mm thick (excluding the included T2–T2 ring), with six push-pull screws for exact mechanical adjustment. It installs between the ASI camera and a ZWO filter wheel or any T2-threaded accessory, and includes a 2 mm T2–T2 ring for use with non-cooled configurations.

This tilt adapter is compatible with most ZWO ASI cameras, except the ASI071, ASI2600, and ASI6200. It is particularly useful in deep-sky imaging or in solar H-alpha imaging, where it can also help reduce Newton’s rings. Adjustment should ideally be done with support from image analysis tools like ASTAP, CCDInspector, or live preview.
