DESCRIPTION
The ZWO EFW 5 x 50.8 mm filter wheel is designed to hold up to five 50.8 mm (2") filters, either mounted (M48) or unmounted. It is ideal for LRGB and narrowband imaging and can be controlled via computer using ASCOM drivers. The slim 20 mm design avoids vignetting on telescopes faster than f/5. The Japanese NPM motor ensures accurate and reliable filter rotation in both directions to minimize movement. Power is supplied via a simple USB cable (120 mA at 5V), allowing direct connection to a ZWO camera.

The filter wheel’s CNC-machined anodized aluminum housing provides strength and rigidity, capable of supporting heavy CCD or DSLR cameras without flexure. Included are M54 to M48 and M42 adapters, a full screw kit, filter masks, and a 2-meter USB cable.
