The Tecnosky XWA 9 mm is an Extra Wide Angle eyepiece with an apparent field of 100°.

The incredibly wide field makes it suitable for beautiful observations of extended deep-sky objects. With an 80 mm Apo triplet refractor, for example, it gives 53x magnification and a real field of 1.9°.

Thanks to the high optical quality, it also provides excellent performance on the Moon, Sun, and planets.

The eyepiece body, which houses the complex 9-element optical design, is made entirely of aluminum and features a dual 1.25" and 2" barrel.

The retractable rubber eyecup allows optimal use of the comfortable 15 mm eye relief and the wide corrected field.

The interior of the eyepiece is nitrogen-filled to prevent condensation and mold formation.
