The huge 100° field of view offered by the 9mm XWA eyepieces together with excellent contrast will leave you more than impressed after first light. The excellent engineering and fully multi-coated lens surfaces are suggestive of eyepieces costing £100's more. Indeed a 8 to 11 mm 100 degree eyepiece from a certain well known manufacturer would cost you over £600! Other features of the eyepiece are low chromatic aberration and excellent contrast. The lens edges and internal spacers are fully blackened allowing flaring and ghosting on high-contrast objects to be eliminated. The new Tecnosky XWA eyepieces are parfocal.

We feel this  9mm Eyepiece is well suited to viewing nebula as its huge field of view and high contrast allow large objects to be seen in detail yet viewed in context with their suroundings.
