DESCRIPTION
The Baader ASSF 100 mm solar filter enables safe and optically precise white-light solar observation and photography. It features the original AstroSolar Safety Film OD 5.0, mounted stress-free into a composite aluminum and plastic cell. This ensures diffraction-limited performance without image degradation at magnifications up to 120×.

The filter includes three brass-inserted centering bolts with rubber tips (Ø13 mm, 24 mm length), sliding aluminum guides with index marks, and black washers to block stray light. Secure attachment is reinforced with included safety straps and adhesive pads. A 32-page illustrated manual is provided for proper mounting and usage.
