Explore Scientific Zero X Field Flattener 2" / M48 for ED80, ED102 and ED127 APO

Description

The Explore Scientific Zero X field flattener was designed to correct field curvature in APO refractors of 80 mm, 102 mm, and 127 mm aperture. Optimized for full-frame sensors (36×36 mm), it ensures a flat and sharp image across the entire field without altering the telescope’s focal ratio.

It features a built-in M48x0.75 male thread at the camera side for direct connection of filters or camera adapters. The telescope side fits standard 2" focusers. The optical design maintains the telescope’s native focal length.

The lightweight aluminum housing is precision-machined and fully black anodized. All optical surfaces are fully multi-coated for maximum light transmission and high contrast. It offers a simple and effective way to get the most out of your imaging refractor.
