Description:
The ZWO ASI676MC is a non-cooled color astronomy camera built for planetary and all-sky imaging. It features a square-format Sony IMX676 CMOS sensor (1/1.6", 3552 x 3552 px) with advanced STARVIS 2 sensitivity, including in the near-infrared range.
With a 83% quantum efficiency, 0.56 e⁻ read noise, and a full well depth of 10.55 ke⁻, this camera delivers excellent image quality. It includes a 256 MB DDR3 buffer, a USB 3.0 interface for fast data transfer, and an ST4 port for autoguiding.
With its amp glow-free design, the ASI676MC supports long exposures without noise artifacts. It can be used with telescopes or fisheye/ultra-wide lenses for all-sky applications such as meteor detection, time-lapse, or full sky monitoring.
