DESCRIPTION
The ZWO ASI2600MM Pro is a cooled monochrome camera designed for deep-sky astrophotography. It features a Sony IMX571 CMOS sensor in APS-C format (23.5 x 15.7 mm) with a resolution of 26 megapixels (6248 x 4176), delivering highly detailed images with excellent low-light sensitivity.
Thanks to its native 16-bit ADC, it offers wide dynamic range and extremely low read noise (1.0 to 3.3 e-), while its peak quantum efficiency exceeds 91%. The dual-stage TEC cooling system (up to -35°C below ambient) effectively reduces thermal noise for clean, sharp long-exposure images.
The 512 MB DDR3 buffer prevents dropped frames during USB 3.0 data transfer. The camera includes an ST4 auto-guiding port, M54 and M48 threads, and a replaceable dry cartridge.
