Description:
The Baader T2 (M48) 2" nosepiece adapter is designed to connect optical components with a T2 male thread to standard 2" focusers. On the telescope side, it features a 2" barrel with an integrated M48 female thread, while the accessory side provides a T2 male (M42 x 0.75) output.

Its extremely short optical path of only 2.5 mm makes it ideal for setups with limited backfocus. This allows the insertion of filters or optical accessories with minimal optical length added, which is particularly useful in advanced astro-imaging assemblies.

The adapter is equipped with a 2" safety undercut to prevent accidental drops during handling, especially with heavier equipment. It is made of durable anodized aluminium, ensuring mechanical precision and long-lasting performance.
