Description:
The Baader 500 mm baseplate is designed for use with Baader Guidescope Rings Size IV (#1500204), supporting optical tubes from 175 to 265 mm in diameter. It is also compatible with Rings Size II and III, offering modular adaptability for various dual telescope setups.

The baseplate can be mounted on a double mounting plate, and its position can be adjusted by selecting different hole circles, allowing for fine-tuned alignment of the guidescope relative to the main instrument.

A 1 kg leveling counterweight (#2951401) may be mounted underneath to compensate for any imbalance in the system. Guidescope rings are not included.
