With H-alpha filters it is possible to take pictures of highly polluted sky; the 7-nm h-alpha bandwidth eliminates all light pollution (also due to the moon) and also allows very long exposures of reflection-emitting nebulae. With the 7 nm filter combined with a monochromatic CCD, we can capture the finest details of nebulae even with a polluted sky, obviously under a beautiful sky the result will be even more spectacular!
