Description:
The iOptron HAE43C represents a new era of lightweight, high-capacity mounts for mobile astronomers. Featuring strain wave gear drives on both RA and DEC axes, it offers minimal backlash, high tracking precision, and superb portability.

Weighing just 5.7 kg with saddle included, it can carry up to 20 kg without counterweights (25 kg with an optional one), yielding an exceptional 3.51 load-to-weight ratio. Ideal for quick setup or field deployment.

Its CNC-machined all-metal body is anodized in black, combining strength and visual appeal. In case of power failure, an internal electronic friction brake engages immediately to prevent accidental motion.

The mount can be controlled via USB-C or Wi-Fi from a computer using ASCOM or INDI software. While it can operate without a hand controller, this kit includes the Go2Nova 8411 OLED handset for full standalone operation.
